Creative Director turned Self-Employed Collaborative Mercenary. Copywriter, CD, Pseudo-Strategist, Golfer.
Erik Enberg was born amid the wilds of Alaska and spent the next thirty years roaming America in search of civilization. Finding none, he moved to London, where he spent his formative years as a creative at Mother.
In 2008, he returned to the U.S. with a PhD in British Sitcoms and full collection of international awards including Cannes Lions, ANDY Awards, ONE Show, and a D&AD Yellow Pencil.
In the ensuing years, he continued to develop his craft at Goodby Silverstein & Partners and Butler Shine Stern & Partners, eventually being appointed the Global Agency Creative Director for the Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands at Arnold Worldwide.
Since 2014, Erik has operated as the founder and sole employee of Prolix Monkey Industries. He shares his peculiar skill set with a select group of clients including Chapter SF, PREACHER, The Butler Bros, and Titleist Golf Clubs.
Erik describes himself as a storyteller and strategist, happily nestled in the unsteady cradle between entertainment and commerce.
